Delivery Locations

We ship across India. If your area is unserviceable, we will contact you after order placement.

Shipping Charges

Calculated at checkout based on weight and location. Free shipping may apply during promotions.

Shipping Timeframe

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time:

• Kerala: 8–10 business days
• South India: 10–12 business days
• Other Parts of India: 12–15 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

We will send a tracking link after dispatch.

Risk of Loss

Risk passes to you when products are handed over to the carrier.

Undelivered Packages

If undeliverable, the package will return to us and re-shipping charges will apply.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 24 hours for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, provided they are unused and in original condition.

Return Process

Email support@cs3indiana.com with order details and photos, videos within 24hrs. We may arrange pickup or request shipping to our warehouse.

Quality Checks

Returns failing quality checks will be rejected and sent back at your cost.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. COD refunds may be issued via store credit or bank transfer.

Exchanges

Subject to stock availability. If unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.

Cancellations

Allowed within 12 hours or before dispatch. If stock is unavailable, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
